Sales Module takes cares all sales functions including invoicing,maintaining ledger and producing various sales. It keeps detailed information of all the cash / credit sales invoices, customer return memos etc. The whole process of Ledger updation is fully automated. The sales module keeps track of outstanding invoices. All the sales transactions are shown in the Sales Book which is made according to the type of the sales. The default sales account for each invoice / memo can be selected from the defined sales accounts. This module produces various reports like Productwise Sales, Sales Books, Customerwise outstanding, Outstanding Invoices Ageing Analysis etc. All the reports can be printed and the columns to be printed can be selected by you.

It keeps detailed information of all the cash / credit purchase invoices, supplier return memos etc. The whole process of Ledger updation is fully automated. The purchase module keeps track of outstanding invoices. All the purchase transactions are shown in the Purchase Book which is made according to the type of the purchase transactions. The default purchase account for each invoice / memo can be selected from the defined purchase accounts. This module produces various reports Purchase Book and Supplier Return and other Transactions book. All the reports can be printed and the columns to be printed can be selected by you.
The inventory of petrol pump consist of Petrol, Diesel and a combination of Oils and other products. Of these Petrol are Diesel are necessarily sold by using pump machine and sales is recorded through the readings of these pump machines. So inventory of Diesel and Petrol is only recorded once every day and the time of closing of the day. The total of readings of pumps represent the total sale of Diesel and Petrol. We subtract the credit sales from this to get the Cash Petrol and Diesel sale.
At the end of the day closing is done. At that time a voucher is prepared by program and the total sale of petrol and diesel is recorded. This invoice when posted creates the necessary stock and accounts entries.
The inventory of Oil and other items is mainatianed normally. All sales of these items must be made using a bill where the details of items and quantity are recorded and thus the inventory of these items is maintained.
Purchase invoice when made increases the inventory of the items included in the purchase invoice. Similarly, customer return increase and supplier (purchase return) decrease the inventory.
